All merchandise sold by Abblizzio.com Website are guaranteed to be in new unused condition and inspected for quality control before we dispatch to our customers.
We exercise prudence and effort to ensure that all our products for sale adhere strictly to the product description as display within our website pages, both in words and in photographic images. In this respect, we do not provide refund for orders. However, to ensure that every of our customer has the best experience when purchasing products and books from Abblizzio.com Website, every customer is covered by our Customer’s Satisfaction Guarantee, which guarantees product exchange in the following events:-

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased due to the above conditions, you may return the item for exchange within 7 days upon receipt of the item. Abblizzio.com will cover the return freight charges and the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.
When the shipped item does not comply with the description;
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
When the item is damaged or defective;
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours upon receipt). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Abblizzio.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the specific item in a timely manner.
Please Note: Abblizzio.com cannot guarantee exchange for orders that are returned without proper Abblizzio.com authorization. Return Authorization must be obtained by exactly following the steps below.

Follow the returning instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address listed within the same email. | What is the free 10 year service warranty about? |
In appreciation to your trust and support to our jewellery products, we are pleased to offer a free 10 year service policy to every jewellery item purchased from Abblizzio.com. While the incidence of defects in new items is extremely low, there may be occasions in which repair work becomes necessary.
When an item is sold, a warranty card will be sent out together with the item to the customer. The warranty card which carries an identification code will state the date of purchase and bear the full description of the item. In the event when the jewellery needs to be repaired or reconditioned within 10 years from the date of purchase, the customer may send their jewellery item and the warranty card to Abblizzio anytime for free servicing. Just contact us anytime should you require our service.
We assure you that your jewellery will be attended to immediately when your jewellery item reached our office. Once repaired, we will send back the jewellery and the warranty card back to you for retention. While we are pleased to provide unlimited service provision within the 10 year period, shipping and handling fees shall be borne by the customers.
Please Note: Other conditions apply for bulk sales of jewellery items which are not Abblizzio’s in-house produce. In the case when Abblizzio.com is only an agent to the products, it will be specified clearly under the product’s description.

| How are my ordered items packed? |
At Abbizzio, we treat every customer's ordered item with importance and make all effort to ensure quality packaging. Jewellery: Items are wrapped in waterproof synthetic materials and then placed within an ornamental jewellery box of appropriate size before being dispatched in padded envelope. Special gift wrapping service and cards may be arranged without additional charge for registered members.
Books: For one to two books, items are wrapped in waterproof synthetic materials first before being dispatched in padded envelope. For three books and above, items are wrapped in waterproof synthetic materials and then placed within a sturdy carton box of appropriate size.
For bulk purchasers of book, entitled, 'Enchanting Handmade Jewellery; DIY Guide To Creating Jewellery From Crystal Beads & Pearls', please note that the books are originally packed in made-to-measure 295mm X 225mm X 310mm heavy duty carton boxes. Each carton contains 20 individually shrink-wrapped books. Kindly contact us for further details.

| How long does it take to process and deliver my order? |
When you place an order, our customer relation executive will email you to reconfirm your order and estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, the location of your mailing address and the shipping options you choose.
We require a signatory when the parcel is delivered. To facilitate deliveries, kindly provide us with an address where someone would be available during office hours to sign for the delivery.

Changes to Delivery Address
Due to the high volumes of items running through our warehouse processing, we highly discourage any change of delivery address once your order is submitted. As such, we would like to encourage members to put a confirmed delivery address upon purchase.
Please be aware that an administrative fee may be imposed for changes of delivery address after order confirmation.
